To help new employees quickly integrate into the Kangning family, The Affiliated Wenzhou Kangning Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, recently organized the "2024 Second New Employee Welcome Ceremony and Pre-job Training." Twenty-two new employees, full of dreams, joined hands to embark on this enriching journey where knowledge and aspirations meet.
During the training, participants engaged in fun games that helped them get to know and trust each other better. They also wrote letters to themselves ten years into the future, capturing their current emotions and planting the seeds of their dreams.
